Almond Milk

  1. 1 Cup of raw almonds
  2. 4 cups of water
  3. soak almonds overnight
  4. drain water and rinse almonds
  5. put almonds in a blender with the water and blend for a minute
  6. using a fine strainer or cheese cloth strain the liquid and discard the husk you will be left with a frothy milky mixture
  7. you can now flavor the almond milk with 1tsp vanilla and honey or agave
