Almond Milk
- 1 Cup of raw almonds
- 4 cups of water
- soak almonds overnight
- drain water and rinse almonds
- put almonds in a blender with the water and blend for a minute
- using a fine strainer or cheese cloth strain the liquid and discard the husk you will be left with a frothy milky mixture
- you can now flavor the almond milk with 1tsp vanilla and honey or agave
